The restaurant room, decorated like a contemporary chalet, gives pride of place to wood from floor to ceiling. The large bay windows reveal magnificent landscapes in all seasons, from snow-covered peaks to the surrounding green pastures. A warm atmosphere where all the authenticity of the art of living in the mountains is brought to perfection. Inhabited by his passion for the mountains, the chef proposes recipes close to nature, a cuisine as subtle as it is inventive, elaborated in his image: gourmand, lively and colourful. On your plates?
