It wasn’t long before Laurent Petit fell in love with Annecy and its magnificent lake. In the heights of the city, this native of Haute-Marne marvelled at the landscape of which he never tires. Clearly his customers don’t either - they come to this country to enjoy amazing cuisine which, according to the chef, "offers dishes that strive for a harmony of flavours that consistently address all the senses", as a famous food columnist once wrote. It’s a daily challenge and a true passion to build on the strengths that have the power to seduce customers, like enjoying a wonderful meal while taking in the every-changing landscape that beautiful Savoyard country has to offer.

On the large outdoor terrace, both the city and Lake Annecy can be seen in the distance, and provide a breathtaking view without reservation... a true pleasure and certainly an experience to be had!
